What Are Black Schnauzers?
Black schnauzers are born with solid black hair. Just like humans, most black schnauzer hair will lighten to a dark gray when they get older. Black schnauzers have black eyes, black nose and black pads. It is acceptable & often desired by families for them to have white on their feet (which is often referred to as “boots”) or white on their chest (which is often referred to as a diamond) or a a little bit of white on their chin. It’s completely a personal preference if you like black schnauzers with or without white on on their chest/feet or chin. Either way is extremely popular.
